Fee Structure
LDJ's fees on traditional accounts are always contingent upon the recovery of your funds. LDJ does not get paid unless you do. There are no upfront costs. Our success fees typically range from 15% to 40%, depending upon the dollar amount of the claim and other factors listed below.
When determining its fees for a particular account, LDJ considers numerous factors, including:
- Age of the account
- Amount due
- Number of agencies that have previously worked on the account
- Whether it is a court-awarded judgment or an outstanding receivable
- Location of debtor
- Whether there is a guarantor of the debt obligation
Standard Success Fees (accounts under $5,000)
Success fees are based on a graduated scale and only on the amount recovered. These fees may vary depending on the client or industry.

Litigation Fees
At LDJ Debt Recovery Professionals, we believe litigation should be a last resort. Our collection professionals and dedicated legal team use their negotiating skills, legal knowledge and litigation experience to keep our clients out of court.
At times litigation is unavoidable. Prior to filing a statement of claim LDJ will seek your prior written consent. Typically a 33% contingency fee will apply to amounts recovered in litigation. This may vary depending on the size of the claim and its particular merits.
